there have been cases of imams of mosques/peers themselves being agents and delivering provocative sermons just to gauge people's reactions and report back.

halal food inspectors, community leaders, mosque volunteers

"khandani" people who have internal family feuds lasting generations - they easily rat out on the other side, gladly using the kuffar against Muslims their own relatives moreso, most of the times with fake charges

lots of bitter ex-wives and girlfriends falsely reporting on their ex's as "extremists" only to settle personal scores, a lot of those men may in fact even be open fussaq who would barely pray Eid. ex-husbands and boyfriends too in some cases. many many times with full involvement of immediate families, especially if the marriage/engagement dispute was within the same extended clan/family.

of course opposing sects or competing murid/fan bases within a sect, among rawafid, wahabis, devbandis, Sunnis. qadianis and ismailis aren't sects of Islam, and they're a class of their own! many times people from sects even align with qadianis and ismailis who are in turn perfect slaves of the imperialists.

 

Ulema should be aware - they have spies inside mosques, especially during Friday prayer; and murdoch's bottom feeder journos even pay people to review sermons on the Internet (e.g arabic/Urdu) to find something to write about.

Not all in the community will be public figures uncle toms like Majid Nawas and the like.

Inside our communities, people exist who have no loyalty to the Ummah or the future generations of Muslims. Some may be general sell outs & some may be recovering from their PTSD from their childhood citing one or two bad/abusive molvis as the reason they turned against their community. The latter will be liberal sell outs trying to assimilate with the enemies of Islam. As for those muslims who are pandering to the right wing, they are still wearing the shackles of colonial rule with a deep inferiority complex to their imperial rulers.

they call people terrorists for just pointing out their war crimes.

also doesn't help when qadianis and other modernists join them. they can easily call for the murder of Muslim babies as "future terrorists", but if you as much as call qadianis or ismailis kafirs, they will (expectedly) call you a "verbal terrorist" and a cyber bully, and then the jahil far right rednecks will validate it for them, and add more spice to it.

 

The far-right are also becoming more familiar with muslim speakers. Many will listen to to talks relating to topics such as Palestine and make clips on anything they deem controversial.

Extremists such as Tommy Robinson posted a clip of Shaykh Asrar who I believe had a visit from the police (If I recall correctly).
A clip of a Devbandi was also posted, accused of preaching violence.
Lots of ex-muslims and anti-muslim accounts on social media who listen to muslim speakers and post clips.

This reminds me of several Muslim MPs, councilors, and politicians being snitched on to the newspapers by Muslims in their local communities across various parts of the UK for meeting and posing for photos with underworld figures, questionable socialites, and millionaires.
