I'm looking for this book. I encountered its citation in Anwār-i Aftāb-i Ṣidāqat by Qāḍī Faḍl Aḥmad Ludhyānwī (this work has a taqrīẓ from Alahazrat - it's a great work on the topic, and and I'm surprised it is not more famous) In Chapter 23, the author refers to a fatwa issued by the Arab scholars concerning Ismāʿīl Dihlawī.
