Also the grads of the Sunni indian one write Misbahi after their names, I think the Pakistani devbandi ones write ashrafi, but double check if every Ashrafi from Pakistan is a devbandi grad or not!

no, it is strictly sunni. the deobandis may have madrasahs called ashrafiya but this is al-jamiatu'l ashrafia misbahu'l 'uloom, mubarakpur, u.p., india. here is something about the founder
