I recall encountering his works several years ago, during which period he appeared notably defensive of the Ashʿarī tradition. He authored multiple works on Shāfiʿī fiqh and Ashʿarī ʿaqīdah, and there were also videos in which he spoke of Imām Aḥmad Razā Khān with clear respect and acknowledgment of his scholarly merit.

Among his writings is the work entitled:

نشأة المذهب الأشعري وتطوره في الهند

However, when I recently attempted to locate some of his earlier videos, I noticed that many of them appear to have been removed. Furthermore, a review of several of his more recent recordings left me genuinely surprised and unsettled by the direction his discourse seems to have taken.

    For example:

From these recent materials, it appears that he has been significantly influenced by the thought of Ibn Taymiyyah and outright claims to have abandoned Ashari creed and adapts the creed of the “Salaf.”

I would appreciate hearing from others who may have additional insight or context regarding this apparent shift.
