Dunno abt villages ruling in the video, but Darul Islam is also an original precondition of Juma. The land has to have been conquered by Islam and the imam will give a khutbah keeping his hand on a sword, or a jizyah paying vassal state ruled by Islam, in which case the imam rests his hands on a staff. Haye afsos! For darul harb places like ours, economic migrants who moved here in the 50s 60s 7ps etc. were eager to establish masajid didn't know or overlooked the original ruling or got a fatwa of jawaz from whichever ulama they trusted. Anyways, I believe Tajush Shariah rahimahullah fatwa was that if you live in the west and the Juma is established, to pray Juma and also ehtiyati Zuhr! Other Sunnis or nondesi Sunnis of other mazhabs might have a more laxed ruling (in the case of darul harb) like the one given by Akmal Qadri above, pray Juma if it is established and you're good! Why's your name Rahul? Are you a convert?

Have heard the below in some different talks by Arab ulama long time back. It seems there are varying aqwal on when the "time" of Juma and when its fadeelah starts (not to be confused with the sanctimoniousness of the full day itself, which starts with the Maghreb on Thursday night) - with Fajr? (don't remember now if it was an option amongst the aqwal presented) - right after Fajr - at the time of Duha (Chaasht) Also the Sunnah shower for Juma needs to be done when the time of Juma starts, otherwise it is counted as a normal shower but not the Sunnah shower for Juma. So if a person takes a shower before Fajr, in order to practice the Sunnah of the shower FOR Juma, he has to shower again after Fajr or Duha time - right or wrong? Please confirm / verify / elaborate / comment.
